   Just want to say that when you are using computer and/or you are standing, working or whatever before too much light, use dark/polarized eyeglasses/shades (according to the brightness of the light and the need of your eyes) and you will have less complaints about fatigue and discomfort of your eyes, and also lesser possible damage - which can or will occur later in your days.
   But I then used to turned my computer facing left so that the glow don't shoot my eyes, and I found this very helpful as I don't have to use dark glasses any more. Like this I can work on the computer the whole night and continue to do everyday with any complain about my eyes. And I recommended this practice (you may turn the computer right or whatever side you want) more than using shades as shades can effect the eyes in the future more than this practice.
